In response to your letter of March 8, 1979, Carolina Power & Light Company has   investigated for the use of pipe support base plates using concrete expansion anchor bolts at the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant. We do not plan to use concrete expansion anchor bolts for this service, however, if it becomes necessary the following criteria will be met:
