The proposed change for Units 1 and 3 will revise the number of ADS valves required to be operable prior to startup, revise the ADS limiting conditions for operation with inoperable valves, and revise the ADS bases. These proposed changes for Units 1 and 3 are the same as those implemented on BFN Unit 2 prior to restart of Unit 2. These previously approved changes were granted as Amendment 185 on Unit 2, dated January 9, 1991, based on a TVA submittal (TS-281) dated July 6, 1990.
