Our letter of January 8,1982 reported Mr. Washabaugh's assumption of the role of Project Manager.                                                     Mr. E. J. Woolaver has now been appointed as Vice President of Nuclear Construction and has moved to the Beaver Valley 2 Project Of fice. Mr. E. F. Kurtz has replaced Mr. R. E. Martin as the licensing representative for the project. In addition, Mr. H. M. Siegel has been added as the Director of Engineering.
