In our letter dated June 11, 1993, from G. A. Hunger, Jr. (PECo) to V.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) requested exemption from the two year test interval for Type B and C leak rate tests required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Sections III.D.2(a) and III.D.3. of that letter contained a discussion of the specific exemptions and the necessary justification in accordance with 10 CFR 50.12(a).
