SQN is taking this opportunity to notify NRC of its use of an accredited SAT for licensed operators as a result of the recent issuance of the rule concerning nonlicensed nuclear power plant personnel (10 CFR 50.120) that also required an SAT approach. A description of SQN's accredited training program has been incorporated into SQN's "Living" Final Safety Analysis                                     l Report (FSAR) in accordance with the FSAR update process.
