Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 42 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-62 and Amendment No.17 to DPR-71 issued to Carolina Power and Light Company, which revised the licenses for operation of the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos.1 and 2 located in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The amendments are effective as of the date of issuance.
