'(ISI-P-005) was submitted to the NRC in response:-to!a verbal > request fromi l

NRC staff personnel in 1987. 'A similar. resuest was not made' at the time 1

for a copy of the VEGP-2 ISI Plan (ISI-P-013).

While-there are. differences between the 'various revisions of the 1S1 Plan for the ; respective VEGP? unit',

the criteria on which the Plans' are based remain. unchanged..

During our review, nine relief requestsLwere identified which require-:

evaluation - and/or. revision.

Changes.to the ISID Plan'and/or~ Programj documents. incorporating'any necessary. changes-will:be made during,aifuture revision-of.the affected document (s).

Three copios of the enclosed information'are provided for yourireview.JTwo Administrator for NRC Region 11 and EG&G-Idaho.
