In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Security Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 6 (Copy Hos. 13, 14, 15 and 16).       Included with each Plan is a " Table of Changes" which lists the changes that were incorporated into Revision 6. Per 10CFR50.54(p)(2), an evaluation determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. Also, as of this revision, the CPSES Security Training and Qualification Plan has been declassified as it contains no Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21.
