In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copics of Revision Four to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (Units 1 and 2) Physical Security Plan, to be effective May 31, 1983.
The revision is necessitated by changes in operating procedures and organizational arrangements as a result of the further refinement of the security program at Comanche Peak by Texas Utilities Generating Company.
I Discussion of the major changes is found at Enclosure 1 attached hereto.
The revised plan is found at Enclosure 2.
