MEMORANDUM OF BOARD APPROVAL OF TIME EXTENSION On July 13, 1983, Commonwealth Edison Company (Applicant), pursuant to agreement by counsel for the Rockford League of Women Voters and counsel for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, requested by oral motion via tel-ephone conversation with Judge Ivan W.

Smith, Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, an extension of time until July 26, 1983 to file reply findings to Intervenor Rockford Lee.gue of Women Voters' Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Regarding Steam Generator Tube Integrity.

Judge Smith orally granted the motion for an extension of-time and directed Applicant to file a mem-orandum relating the above events.

Pursuant to Judge Smith's direction, Applicant is
