No. 89-04 " Guidance on Developing Acceptable laservice Testing Programs", and includes the following:

1.)

A composite IST Program Plan Document, 2.)

Incorporates general implementation details of some of the IST Procedures, 3.)

Improves the format of the IST Program Plan to clarify the test requirements, 4.)

Documents the basis for inclusion or exclusion of components into the IST Program, and 5.)

Provides a basis for the specified limiting value (lWV-3413[a]) for stroke time testing of power operated valves.
