In my letter of April 20, 1984 transmitting an interim report on the subject deficiency, it was stated that additional vibration testing would be done after fuel loading and a supplementary report of the results would be issued by August 13, 1984. This date was contingent on the May schedule for fuel loading and heat-up.

Since fuel loading was delayed until the 19th of July, we have rescheduled the completion of this testing and will forward the supplementary report of our evaluation by November 1,1984.
