The unit remained in outage conditions throughout the month of Maren, 1996, as

' activities associated with Refuel VIII continued. The unit completed reloading fuel on March 16, 1996 in Mode 6.

The unit entered Mode 5 at 1343 on March 20, 1996, and entered Mode 4 at 0313 on March 29, 1996.
