Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Reference (A) requested a description of the measures that Combustion Engineering (C-E) was undertaking to address apparent inconsistencies noted between the Palo Verde Technical Specifications and CESSAR-F. Additionally, C-E's actions to verify design control adequacy was requested.
