On July 18, 1985, CASE filed in Docket-2 a motion to compel discovery from Applicants regarding the MAC Report.
On July 18, 1985, CASE filed in Docket-2 a motion to compel discovery from Applicants regarding the MAC Report. On July 22, 1985, a similar motion was filed by CASE in Docket-1. These, motions responded to Applicants' July 8, 1985, answer to CASE's earlier motion for discovery on the MAC Report. The Licensing Boards in both dockets ruled on CASE's original motion in Memo-randum and Order (Motions Related to the MAC Report), dated July 22, 1985.       In view of the Boards' disposition of this matter, Applicants do not intend to respond to CASE's motions to compel.
