Power was restored to 8 sirens, 4 in Harrison County and all 4 from Pottawattamie County on March 5, 2008 at 1413 hours.  One siren in Harrison County was restored at 1417 hours.  The remaining 6 sirens were restored at 1529 hours.  The power loss was determined to be due to a farm equipment malfunction.
