Attached is Change Notice 1 and accompanying replacement pages to the Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 (ANO-1) Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) Final Report dated December, 1984.

The subject report was submitted by letter dated March 15, 1985 (1CAN038507) in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.4.1.1 of the Unit 1 Technical Specification and 10CFR50 Appendix J(v)(b).

Subsequent to the submittal of this report, errors were discovered in the data presented in the report.

These errors were discovered by the contractor used for the analysis of the test results and the preparation of the test report.

The errors were caused by the use of a different computer system for the generation of the final report than was used during the test.

The computer system used for report generation did not contain the correct constants and calibration curves for the ANO-1 ILRT data.

Although this error does not affect the calculated leak rate, portions of the data presented in the report are in error and could not be used to duplicate the reported results.
