Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation (the licensee) at NRC Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. A list of attendees is provided in Enclosure 1.

Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation (the licensee) at NRC Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. A list of attendees is provided in Enclosure 1.
Materials provided by the' licensee at the meeting are provided in Enclosures 2 and 3. The licensee discussed the subjects in Enclosure 2. Salient points included:

An organization chart was provided for information. The relationship between the licensee's organization and Yankee Atomic Electric Co.
(YAEC) was discussed, including the use of YAEC for the QA function, and the use of Vermont Yankee employees for systems engineering.
