Nuclear, Incorporated, Model 20VS package, identification ntsnber USA 9160B(U) under terms of certificate of canpliance ntanber 9160 issued to Gulf Nuclear, Incorporated, Webster, Texas.

ANR Pipeline subnits the attached Quality Assurance program for NRC approval to satisfy the provisions of 10 CFR 71.

Also enclosed is our check for the $150.00 evaluation fee as specified in 10 CFR 170.31.10(f).
