Enclosed is a request from Transnuclear, Inc. to amend export license XSNM02187 to add ABB Atom AB as an intermediate consignee for the purpose of conversion and fabrication.
A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject tu all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
