AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT INVOLVING RADIOPHARMAC50ilCAL DELIVERY VEHICLE On October 4,1988 at 10:00 a.m. the licensee's facility manager notified NRC Region I of an automobile accident involving a radiopharmaceutical delivery vehicle. The accident occurred on October 3,1988 at 12:30 p.m. at an intersection in Jersey City, Ngw Jersey.
