Recently we received an allegation regarding the Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) pilot training program for mechanical maintenance personnel conducted l                 at the CECO Production Training Center (PTC). The thrust of the allegation concerns the adequacy of course materials (books, handouts, etc.), vague or incorrect lectures by course instructors, insufficient time to allow students to understand course materials, and inadequate feedback from instructors                           i regarding pre-test results.
