SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS A new software program was procured at the beginning of the year. The program provides a seamless interface for those individuals who have unescorted access and the fitness for-duty random pool.

A self assessment was performed and completed in this period. Areas of concern were identified, addressed, and measures were put into place to prevent future recurrence.

A site wide

  • Talking Paper" was distributed. Topics covered in the paper include, call-out testing, prescription medications, five hour abstinence, Continuous Behavior Observation, and the Fmployee Assistance Program.
