SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS A new software program was procured at the beginning of the year. The program provides a seamless interface for those individuals who have unescorted access and the fitness for-duty random pool.
A self assessment was performed and completed in this period. Areas of concern were identified, addressed, and measures were put into place to prevent future recurrence.
A site wide
- Talking Paper" was distributed. Topics covered in the paper include, call-out testing, prescription medications, five hour abstinence, Continuous Behavior Observation, and the Fmployee Assistance Program.
SUMMARY
OF EVEN',S RANDOM One licensee employee tested positive for amphetamine / methamphetamine.
FOR CAtJSE BEHAVIOR One short-term contractor tested positive for alcohol.
RANDOM RATE F
The random rate for July 1,1997, through December 31,1997, was 30.5 percent.
The random rate for January 1,1997, through December 31,1997, was 55.8 percent.
