The new Chairman / President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is Don K.                 Davis, who is also the Chairman and CEO of Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC). The new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is Thomas W. Bennet, Jr.,

who is also Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of YAEC. Both senior managers will continue to hold their current positions and renponsibilities at YAEC in addition to their new positions, and will bring significant decommissioning experience from Yankee Rowe to Connecticut Yankee.
