A t,.%f summary of the findings of the Integrated Safety Assessment (ISA) performed by contrac,brs to IP was presented. The ISA identified numerous weaknesses in performance at Clinton Power Station (CPS). Then, the NRC staff presented the SET findings which conf;rmed that the findings of the ISA accurately characterized the CPS's performance deficiencies and their causes. The licensee stated that they took the ISA and SET findings seriously and they were committed to taking actions necessary to restore good performance at CPS.

A list of the meeting paiticipants is included as Attachment 1, and a copy of the meeting handout is provided as Attachment 2.

A t,.%f summary of the findings of the Integrated Safety Assessment (ISA) performed by contrac,brs to IP was presented. The ISA identified numerous weaknesses in performance at Clinton Power Station (CPS). Then, the NRC staff presented the SET findings which conf;rmed that the findings of the ISA accurately characterized the CPS's performance deficiencies and their causes. The licensee stated that they took the ISA and SET findings seriously and they were committed to taking actions necessary to restore good performance at CPS.
