Revision 5, sent to you in a {{letter dated|date=September 4, 1998|text=letter dated September 4,1998}}, closed out the restart assessment process for Units 1 and 3. This 7* revision and the previous revision apply only to Unit 2. The Unit 2 Significant items List (Enclosure 1), the MC 0350 Restart Approval Checklist (Enclosure 2), and the Licensing issues Required for Restart (Enclosure 3) have been updated and closed, since Unit 2 has received restart approval from the NRC as explained in our {{letter dated|date=April 29, 1999|text=letter dated April 29,1999}}.
