RESTART ASSESSMENT PLAN, REVISION 7
Dear Mr. Necci:
. This letter provides the final and last revision to the NRC's' Millstone Restart Assessment Plan, performed in accordance with NRC Manual Chapter (MC) 0350, " Staff Guidelines for Restart Approval." Revision 5, sent to you in a letter dated September 4,1998, closed out the restart assessment process for Units 1 and 3. This 7* revision and the previous revision apply only to Unit 2. The Unit 2 Significant items List (Enclosure 1), the MC 0350 Restart Approval Checklist (Enclosure 2), and the Licensing issues Required for Restart (Enclosure 3) have been updated and closed, since Unit 2 has received restart approval from the NRC as explained in our letter dated April 29,1999.
