DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: Technical assistance is requested for evaluation of the submittal by WPPSS en drywell-wetwell leakage. This is a post-CP review item ubich is identified in Section 4.5 of the SER. This section of the SER is provided in Enclosure 1 for your convenience.

The above sited WFSS report refers to deemetream block valves appearing in Figure 1, but these valves are act shown in the figure. I have checked with WPSS and they state that these block valves include:

4.5 Main Stenu Line Isolation valve Lechene Leakage through the closed Main Stcan Line Isolation Valves (MSLIV) following a postulated LOCA results in an uncertainty in calculating the potential radiological doses. The applicant has ccc-ritted to providing a closed scaling nystem and has in prop.rens a study to select this MSLIV seal t,ystem. -The final design of the colected system will be subnitted for our review prior to its installation.
