Final Report of the May 1,1990 Exercise of Offsite Radiological Emergency Response Plans for the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station This letter transmits the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) report for the May 1,1990 full-participation emergency exercise at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station.
The report indicates that no deficiencies and five Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified during the exercise.

We request that you coordinate with offsite officials in addressing the items identified in the FEMA report and keep us apprised of your progress in resolving identified ARCAs. As noted in their {{letter dated|date=June 11, 1991|text=June 11,1991 letter}}, a separate report will be provided by FEMA at a later date on the evaluation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Beaver County, and State of West Virginia and Hancock County.
We request that you coordinate with offsite officials in addressing the items identified in the FEMA report and keep us apprised of your progress in resolving identified ARCAs.
