The State of Ohio and Columbiana County, plus the Duquesne' Light Company' fully participated in the exercise.
This report,-dated.May-29,_1991, was prepared.by the Federal 1 Emergency Management-Agency (FEMA) Region.V staff and only includes the
- evaluation:of-the State of Ohio.and Columbiana County.-

-seperate report-on-the FEMA Region III; evaluation of the States of' Pennsylvania 7and Beaver _ County, and th Statecof West Virginia and Hancock-County, will be provided at a later date._ Copies of this report will-be provided to theLState of Ohio.
-There were no Deficiencies identified ~during the May 1,
- 1990, exercise.
However, the' exercise report' identifies five Areas.

- planning zone are adequate to' provide reasonable assurance that-appropriate measures can be taken to protect the health and safety.of the public in-the event of a: radiological: emergency at the' site.
Therefore,-the. Title-44 CFR,- Part 350 approval 1of the-offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness-
-site-specific-to the Beaver Valley _ Nuclear Power Station granted ~
