VANDALISM AT CONSTRUCTION SITE On October 1.6 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the licensee discovered that an un-known individual had placed a 3/16" iron wire around a 480 volt AC bus to a power distribution power in the plant auxiliary building. Touching the wire could have damaged the board and caused bodily injury to the individual touching the wire.
