4-96-056 Len KHANDELWAL returned my telephone call at approx. 5:00pm and advised that he would consent to an OI:RIV interview.

He is currently unemployed and is available pretty much any time.

suggested the week of 1/13/97 and he said that would be fine with him.

KHANDELWAL related that he has not yet received a final l

decision from the DOL ALJ as to whether the ALJ will hear his case.

KHANDELWAL added that he made his last response to the ALJ f

on this matter on 12/31/96.
