i Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on Contentions EX 15, EX 16 and EX 21 in the above-captioned proceeding. Those contentions deal with the adequacy of the scope of the FEMA-graded offsite emergency preparedness exercise conducted for the Shoreham plant on February 13, 1986. The presently ' intended scope of LILCO's appeal is stated below.
Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on Contentions EX 15, EX 16 and EX 21 in the above-captioned proceeding. Those contentions deal with the adequacy of the scope of the FEMA-graded offsite emergency preparedness exercise conducted for the Shoreham plant on February 13, 1986. The presently ' intended scope of LILCO's appeal is stated below.
