Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities and the exercise of that plan and the NHRERP, now proceeding before the Licensing Board in Boston.
In regard to a hearing in the site vicinity, SAPL avers that many of its members and members of the public concerned about the Seabrook licensing would be better served by having the oral argument heard in this vicinity, which will accomodate public attendance and local coverage. This Appeal Board has, on two prior occasions, arranged for oral argument on appeals from Licensing Board decisions to be held in the State of New Hampshire, once in Nashua, New Hampshire, and once in Concord, New Hampshire.
In regard to a hearing in the site vicinity, SAPL avers that many of its members and members of the public concerned about the Seabrook licensing would be better served by having the oral argument heard in this vicinity, which will accomodate public attendance and local coverage.
