Dear Mr. Peabody:
Thank you for your ' letter dated April' L4,1989, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated April 19, 1989. We have reviewed your reply and fird it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
However, it ' appears that you do not understand the reason for the requirement in 10 CFR 150.20 to submit four copies of your Agreement State license along.
with four copies of the NRC Form 241 each time you intend to work in NRC jurisdiction. The requirement' enables us to. distribute copies of the state license and NRC Form 241 to the following:
