On' November.17, 1988, Mr C. T. Oberg of this office conducted an inspection of the radioactive cleanup operations on the General Services Administration (GSA) property located in Watertown, Massachusetts. Mr Oberg was accompanied by Mr.- Stephen Marshall, GSA Building Manager, and Mr. Leo J. Bertoncini, GSA Building Supervisor from the Region I GSA Offices in Boston, Massachusetts.
