The switches were installed in nuclear facilities and were used tosystems.

The bulletin reported erratic to performance of differential pressure switches provided by SOR.
Therefore, the followup actions outlined in the referenced bulletin are not applicable to Plant Hatch. This response completes our actions relative to 15 Bulletin 86-02.
