Also included the SER to NEI that approves the use of NEI 14-05A, Rev. 1, which recognizes the 2017 edition of ISO/IEC-17025 as the basis for the ILAC accreditation process in lieu of performing commercial-grade survey. Also included editorial changes to reflect the updated Divisions and Branches.
