IP 35007, "Quality Assurance Program Implementation During Construction and Pre-Construction Activities." Revised to include the NRC SER to incorporate the QA alternative of using the ILAC accreditation process in lieu of performing commercial-grade survey. Also included the SER to NEI that approves the use of NEI 14-05A, Rev. 1, which recognizes the 2017 edition of ISO/IEC-17025 as the basis for the ILAC accreditation process in lieu of performing commercial-grade survey. Also included editorial changes to reflect the updated Divisions and Branches.
IMC 2201, Appendix C, "Generic, Special, and Infrequent Inspections." Added requirement to document the Regional Administrators authorization for conducting IMC 2201 App C inspections for consistency with IMC 2515.
