Dear Sir or Madam :

BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc. - Lynchburg (BWXT NOG-L) is submitting a revised Chapter 1 O of the SNM-42 License Application as an enclosure to this letter in response to the Request for Additional Information received in Reference 3. The update to Chapter 10, Page 10-3, Section 10.2.2. 1 addresses the ownership of onsite inventory relative to the impacts on decommissioning costs. The update to Page 10-7, Section 10.4.6 through 10.4.6.8 addresses the specific consideration of the effect on the decommissioning cost estimate of the eight factors cited in 10 CFR 70.25(e)(2).

The enclosure consists of commercial and financial proprietary information, as well as proprietary contractual information, which is of a type described in 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4). The enclosure has been designated as Official Use Only.
