This license is amended to extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2023, to December 31, 2028.

The license is authorized to export up to 40 kilograms (kg) uranium, containing up to 2 kg of uranium-235, as contaminants. The contaminants will not exceed 25,000 kg of non-combustible Class A radioactive waste (e.g., glass, metal, slag). All radioactive waste will be returned to Advanced Nuclear Fuels GmbH in Germany.

Conditions 6 and 7 on Page 2 of this license apply to this export.
