| In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210," paragraph (b)(2), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting the registration for the use of two spent fuel storage casks under the general license to store spent fuel at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The initial use of the first cask listed below to store spent fuel occurred on June 21, 2023. The registration of one additional cask, which was initially used on June 28, 2023, is also being submitted with this report.
