License Modification in regards to Mr. Laurence P. Amirault (License No. SOP 10859. Docket No. 55-60500), reference (c),
was sent requesting that a condition be removed from his license. From discussions with Mrs. Virgil Curley and Mr. Art Burritt on September 3,1993, both from the USNRC Region 1 office, it was determined that a previous letter, reference (d), had already been sent and that an amendment to Mr. Amirault's license bad been issued. We have since been faxed a copy of this amendment, but have been unable to document that we, or Mr. Amirault, previously received a copy of this amendment.
Therefore, based on the existence of the amendment, we wish to retract reference (c). Also, we have attached documentation of Mr. Amirault's completion of his three months of *on-shift" time for your review, per your request from reference (e).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.791 we are requesting that Attachment I be withheld from public disclosure.
