I am providing for your file a copy of the response to 10CFR50 33(k) reporting requirement regarding the availability of funds for any future decommissioning of the NSCR. In addition I am requesting that a change be made to the distribution list regarding Docket 50-128 for the NSCR. Please delete future mailings to Dr.
Jahn Poston as the recent amendment to License R-83 removed his direct involvement in the management of the NSCR. This request does not apply to the AGN-201 reactor which does involve his management.
