| The Region I Field Office, NRC Office of Investigations (OI), initiated an Assist to Staff (Case No. 1-2021-005F) on February 17, 2021, to gather additional information concerning portal monitor testing at Nine Mile Point and radiation protection technicians compliance with site procedures. Based on the information gathered by OI, the NRC determined a full OI investigation would not be conducted regarding this matter.
