By letter dated tiovember 4,1985, your Company sutraitted reports BAW-1890 entitled " Justification for Raising Setpoint for Reactor Trip on High Pressure" and BAW-1963 entitled " Basis for Raising Anaing Threshold for Anticipatory Reactor Trip on Turbine Trip" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J requests for review of reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.

Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the revies is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for actual costs for each report or revision to an accepted report. Topical report review costs are liuited to $20,000. Your Hovember 4 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150 for each report. Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the sum of $300 to our office.
