Docket No. 50-111 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-7 AMENDMENT NO. 15 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-7, between North Carolina State University at Raleigh and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated September 6, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as folicws:

Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount

"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
