BEFORE ME, this day personally appeared W. S. LEE, Vice President of Duke Power Company, who, first duly sworn, deposes and saya:

THAT on cr about 2:00 P.M. of June 21, 1967, he did deposit in the U. S. Mail a document entitled " Amendment No. 5 to Application for Licenses" pertaining to the Duke Power Company Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit Nos.1, 2 and 3 (Docket Nos. 50-269, 270 and 287); that this document was properly I stamped and addressed to the Honorable Reese A. Hubbard, County Supervisor of Oconee County, South Carolina; and further that the following documents were appended to said " Amendment No. 5 to Application for Licenses" and made a part thereof:

a. Errata Sheets indicating various changes and corrections to portions of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report and the Appli-cation, together with substitution and supplementary pages as indicated for the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report.

b. Additional information voluntarily submitted as a result of '

discussions between Applicant and the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguard 5 and information confirming matters previous-ly discussed veith the Division of Reactor Licensing. This in-formation is submitted in the form of a supplement to the Pre-liminary Safety Analysis Report and is labeled " Supplement 5" thereto. -
