This telegram is to confim the telecon with Paul Kellogg (P.cgion I-URO) und J. P. O'r!anlon (T!!I Unit 1 Plant Operations !?eview Comnittee Chaiman) ct 1515, July 11,1975.
The folicwing report is submitted in accordance with paragraph 6.7.2.a.2 (pcgo 6-11) of the Technical Specifications.
On July 11. 1975, during a routine inspection of the Auxiliary Building, two pin hele leaks were fcund in sccket wcld joints of the '%" Make-Up Pump suc0f en line vent. This is considered en chacrmal hgredation of a boundary designed to contain radioactive liquid.
The leaks have been repaired and a hydro will be perfomed on the vent iina.
The leakage appears to be a result of vibration in the make-up pump suction line being transmitted to the rigidly supported vent line. The support schece of the vent line has been changed to allow for greater ficxibility of the line.
